ENROLLMENTS can be made by returning the registration form. Enrollment is limited and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

WORKSHOP FEE:   $595 includes all instructional materials, lunches, and morning and afternoon refreshments.

CONFIRMATION of your registration and workshop details will be sent to you upon receipt of your application.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS are not included in the registration fee. A block of rooms has been reserved for workshop participants at the Red Lion Inn – Convention Center, Portland, OR at a special rate of $109.00/night for single or double room, plus state and local taxes. Reservations may be made directly with the hotel by calling 1-503-235-2100, Fax: 1-503-238-0132. Be sure to make reservations as soon as possible and ask for the Wood Machining Institute’s special rate.

SUBSTITUTIONS may be made at any time.

CANCELLATIONS received before February 25 will receive a complete refund. There will be a $200 service charge for cancellations made after February 25.
